Lakes Dermatology is pleased to offer custom subscription boxes for our clinical-grade cosmetic products.
These boxes are delivered to your home every 90 days and include your favorite products based on past purchases. In addition to your favorite skincare products, your dermatologist will select and include, free of charge, bonus products tailored to your skin type throughout the year. All boxes include free shipping and a 15% discount on all items included in the box.

How often is my box delivered?
Your first box is processed and delivered within 5-7 days of your order. Your subscription then renews every 90 days on the 3rd of each month. For example, if you place your subscription on Feb 15th, we will immediately process that order. Your subscription will renew and your second box will be processed on March 3rd.
Can I pause my subscription box?
Yes, reach out to us at admin@lakesderm.com before your next renewal, and we can delay your next box.
I travel frequently but don't want to miss out on my delivery. Can you send my box to a different address?
We can do that. Provided shipping is in the continental US, we can change your shipping address for a one-off delivery. Please email us at admin@lakesderm.com
Sometimes my skincare routine changes, or my dermatologist recommends a different product. Can I change the contents of my box?
Certainly! We're always happy to create a new subscription box containing your updated selections and cancel the old box.

We accept returns on any un-opened products within 30-days of purchase.
